How to use the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app to earn your rewards!

Step 1:
Download the AIA Vitality Weekly Challenge app from the App Store or Google Play store.

Step 2:
Select “Get My Vitality Age” and complete the Vitality Age questionnaire.

Step 3:
Link your favourite fitness tracking apps and devices to the app.

Step 4:
Start getting active and earn up to 100 points daily via your fitness tracking device/app ,or gym workouts at Fitness First. The weekly target will automatically reset every Monday at 00:00. Achieve your weekly target 2 weeks in a row and get a reward*.

Step 5:
Start enjoying your well-deserved rewards*!
