Fitness Explorer Test by Fitness First

The Fitness Explorer test by Fitness First helps you identify your current fitness level.

AIA Vitality members can complete the Fitness Explorer test free of charge at Fitness First.

What You Need To Know

The Fitness Explorer test by Fitness First consists of the following tests:

  • Body Mass Index (BMI) – height and weight 
  • Body fat percentage 
  • Blood pressure
  • Bike or Treadmill
  • Push ups
  • Plank position
  • Star pose
  • Sit & reach

 

The Fitness Explorer test by Fitness First is offered to AIA Vitality members. You can complete this test at no cost.

AIA Vitality points will be awarded for two completed assessments twice a year, 6 months apart.
Please note: You do not need to have a Fitness First membership to take the assessment. Advance Booking is required.

Earn 750 AIA Vitality Points for completing the Fitness Explorer test, and additional 750 points for being in the recommended healthy range for the Fitness Explorer test.

Earn up to 3,000 points for each membership year.

Note: Members may only earn AIA Vitality Points for BMI and Blood Pressure measurements and additional points for results that are within the healthy range, once every membership year. The measurements may be taken during the AIA Vitality Health Check, the AIA Vitality Nutrition Consultation, the AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment, an advanced screening or by self-submitting results from an external source, e.g. your general practitioner or doctor.
